Tip 10: Take Notes

Taking notes, writing down vocabulary and useful phrases, is a very effective way to learn a language. Sometimes we rely too much on our ability to remember, we think we are understanding, digesting, every piece of information around us, but not everything will stay. After all, we are not machines!
This is particularly true in students that call themselves “a visual person” (whether this is true or not): write, write, write; use different colors; re-read the notes multiple times so that your confidence will be boosted.
