The Origins of Caprese Salad: (Present Tense)

While I am working on the Italian version of this website, so that you will be able to read some Italian by clicking on the little flag next to the menu, I’m struggling to write new posts!

Yet today I’m here with a new activity for you, this time about food.

It is the story of the origins of the Caprese salad, the Italian antipasto made of slices of tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil – one of my favourites!

This activity is for beginner learners, a fill in the gaps with regular verbs at the present tense.
